1. What products does EasyLife specialize in?

EasyLife specializes in selling cozy and warm winter essentials for women. Our products include Winter Coral-down Socks made with luxuriously soft coral velvet and Women's Fashion Warm Pants with a plush and thick lining.

2. What is EasyLife's return policy?

EasyLife has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that the customer shall bear the shipping costs of the product to the warehouses unless the product is damaged or doesn't meet the description.

3. Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. How do I start a return?

Please make sure to contact us before sending the item back, as items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Does EasyLife offer exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. How long does shipping take?

Shipping time is 8-15 days, excluding our 1-3 day processing time. Please note that all shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Yes, we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia and in the USA.

9. Does EasyLife ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you are from one of those countries, we will contact you.

10. What should I do if my tracking information is not available?

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@eazylifeup.com.
